We are looking for the further expansion and even stronger strategic orientation of our team in our office in Vienna:
IBM i Software Programmer as "Playing Captain" (m/f/d) with perspective to team leadership (from 28h/week)
Your tasks
- You are part of a team of 9 IBM i software programmers and value the opportunity to act as a "Playing Captain".
- You have professional experience in IBM i software programming
- You are a sparring partner for the software programming team and their projects and support in the technical development within the team
- You will be responsible for the monthly review and control of the team's performance reports in collaboration with the business unit management
- The technical cooperation with our long-standing customers is part of your daily business as well as the evaluation of new requirements and tasks.
- You take over 1-2 software-IBM i programming projects yourself on an ongoing basis
Your profile
- You like to work with heart, brain and common sense and inspire with your IBM i software programming experience
- You are proficient in the common IBM i programming languages and have always been interested in new developments and modernizations
- You have completed technical training or have relevant professional experience
- You speak and write fluent German and good English
- You have an optimistic and friendly disposition, act in a team-oriented manner and appreciate personal responsibility
- You are known for bringing drive and new ideas to the established IBM i market environment

For this employment (from 28 hours per week, 3-4 days per week possible) we offer a salary according to the IT collective agreement of 5,250 euros (based on full employment) and depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a corresponding overpayment.
